Father’s Day is going to be here before we know it! Here are 10 fun gift ideas for dads who love to travel!
1. Portable charger
There are so many different portable chargers to choose from! When it comes to travel, I like to keep things compact and simple. For this reason, I love this small portable charger that you can plug straight into the bottom of your phone for only $20!
If you have an iPhone, I also love the Apple MagSafe battery pack that sticks to the back of your phone for $99.
2. Phone/Watch charger
My husband and I love our Apple MagSafe Wireless chargers! We take them on trips with us and leave them in our hotels for easy charging when we get back to the room. These are $109.
Belkin also offers a 3-in-1 charging stand that can charge your phone, watch, and AirPods for $149.
3. JBL clip portable speaker
This one is for music-loving dads! This portable speaker is waterproof, convenient, and can be easily packed wherever you need to go! The clip allows you to clip it to your backpack, pant loop, or wherever you’d like.
The JBL clip 3 is $49
The JBL clip 4 is $67
4. Swimsuit
If you are headed to a beach or any sort of water trip this summer, a new swimsuit is a great gift idea!
Some of our favorite places to buy men’s swimsuits are Vuori and Marine Layer. They are high-quality, comfortable, and have fresh, fun designs. (About $60-89)
Target is also a great option for cheaper swimsuits with fun designs. (About $15-30)
5. AirFly
I don’t have an AirFly, but I might need to buy myself one!
You plug this device into the headphone jack on an airplane and it allows you to connect your wireless Bluetooth headphones or AirPods to the airplane audio! It is $35.
6. Packing cubes
I cannot say enough great things about packing cubes!
I love these so much! They allow you to keep your bag organized, which is how I like to be when traveling. This particular set of cubes is $30.
When I arrive at my destination, I like to move these cues into dresser drawers for easier access when available.
Packing cubes are also awesome because they compress your items! I am able to fit so much more when I pack with my cubes.
7. Nintendo Switch
If your dad (or whoever you’re buying for) loves video games, the Nintendo Switch is a great option for travel because it's compact and easy to pack.
Even if your dad doesn’t play video games anymore (due to lack of time), but he used to love them, this could be a fun item for him to look forward to during long travels.
The Nintendo Switch is also lightweight and comes with 2 controllers. It is a bit pricier at $300.
8. Away The Bigger Carry-On suitcase
This is my and my husband’s favorite bag to travel with!
It’s a hard-shell suitcase that fits so many things. It glides like butter across the floor and easily fits in overhead bins on the plane.
This suitcase is $315. Use my link for $20 off!
9. Day Pack
A day pack is always convenient to use as a personal item on the plane, or just for everyday use.
We love the Osprey Daypack because of all of its pockets and functionality. It is $65.
Osprey also has a lifetime warranty which will always replace or repair your damaged products. So this backpack could last forever!
Amazon will also have some great options for day packs!
Or a smaller packable backpack ($22) can be very useful! It packs down small enough to fit in your suitcase and can be used once you arrive at your destination.
10. Magnetic phone wallet
This magnetic phone wallet is super slim which makes it ideal for traveling! And it’s only $13!
This wallet holds only a few cards, but it helps you carry just the essentials.
I hope you have a wonderful Father’s Day!
