Here is a round-up of my favorite things that I love to use when I travel. These make great gifts for travel lovers or even a gift for yourself!

Packing Favorites

  1. Away Suitcases. Ward and I each have The Bigger Carryon and absolutely love it. It glides so smoothly and holds an amazing amount of stuff. We’ve both used these on 10+ day vacations and fit everything we needed inside along with a backpack.

  2. Louise Sling from Walker Family Goods. It’s a fanny pack that has perfectly designed zippered pockets and comes in a bunch of really great colors. You can wear it like a traditional fanny pack or as a crossbody sling. I have the yellow sling and love it.

  3. Packing cubes. If you haven’t used these when pack yet, please do yourself a favor and get some ASAP. Not only do they keep everything organized, but they also let you pack more things. They are the whole reason why we can travel with just a carryon suitcase. I have this Travelwise set but I also think this set and this set are great options at a great price.

Things to Wear

  1. Great walking shoes with a fun print. I love these Keds in a leopard print. They are compact enough to pack and add a fun splash of color to pretty much every outfit. These shoes have a nice cushion and would work to walk a few miles a day.

  2. Extra Comfortable Pants. I have two favorite pairs on travel pants. Both have elastic waistband Yay for extra comfort! This pair from Marine Layer has a bit of spandex plus a cute scallop cut at the base of the cropped pant leg. This pair from Lululemon is really soft and stretchy. They are not tightly leggings, but looser pants which I like better for casual wear.

  3. Boden Phoebe Jersy Dress. This is my favorite casual dress! It’s knee-length, has pockets, and comes in a lot of fun prints. Each season they release new prints so be sure to check back often and see what new options are available.

Great Travel Accessories

  1. Statement Earrings from HerNameIsMud. It’s always fun to add a pop of color with a pretty accessory. I have this pair of earrings and I have my eye on these.

  2. The Sweet Citrus Lip Balm from Just Ingredients is my current favorite. I bought a bunch and put one in my purse, one in my makeup bag, one in my bathroom, and one on my nightstand. Don’t leave home without it!

  3. Travel Wallet with RFID protection. This wallet comes in som many different colors and jas just the right amount of slots of cards, cash, a passport, and coins. I use this wallet every day. It’s especially handy on trips because I can care it on its own or move it to a backpack or purse and always have all of my essentials with me. The bonus is that it’s only $12.99!

  4. Waterproof lanyard for your cell phone. It seems like we end up in water quite often when traveling and it’s nice to have a waterproof lanyard for my phone. It’s perfect for hiking, kayaking, and snorkeling.
